OUR PARTIES

Jelly Beans parties are special as they are planned around the interests of each birthday child. We play traditional party games with a magical twist.

 

Each party begins with a 15 minute craft activity during which time the children design their own party cup using a selection of themed stickers. These cups are used to collect prizes, crafts and  cake to gradually create a very special going home present.

 

Following this we all gather together to introduce everyone and welcome the birthday child. This is an ideal time to bring out the birthday cake and sing.

 

Next follows an hour of interactive party games; dancing, singing, treasure hunt, detective and parachute games. We provide all the prizes and music.

 

We allow 30 minutes for either lunch or tea during which time the party host is responsible for feeding and looking after the children.

 

When the children have been fed they are invited to gather round our craft table to decorate a named door hanger which is added to their party cup.

 

Five minutes before the end we all come together again to say thank-you to the hosts and goodbye and sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the birthday child.

For parties of up to 20 children we charge:
Weekend parties (Saturday and Sunday) £180
Weekday parties (Monday - Friday) during the day or after school £150
No charge for children who do not turn up on the day.
No charge for immediate siblings of birthday child.

Extras:
For numbers over 20 we charge an additional £5 per child.
 

Fuel charges:
 

  • For parties 10-19 miles from Rugby there is a surcharge of £10

  • For parties 20-29 miles from Rugby there is a surcharge of £20

  • For parties 30-39 miles from Rugby there is a surcharge of £30

  • For parties 40-49 miles from Rugby there is a surcharge of £40

  • For parties 50+ miles from Rugby there is a surcharge of £50

 

Craft charges:

  • £1 per head for decorating colored trinket boxes with gems (suitable for any age)

  • £2.00 per head for decorating picture frames.

  • £2.00 per head for ceramic plate decorating craft activity (suitable for the 6+ age group)

  • £2.00 per head for ceramic heart bowl decorating craft activity (suitable for the 6+ age group)
